Dr Rashmi Farkiya (Gharia) is an Associate Professor in Human Resource area, having overall 8 years of rich experience in academics. She has also worked as a visiting faculty for MBA (Executive) at Institute of Management Studies (IMS), DAVV. She has guided more than 200 students for their major and minor research projects and field work assignments. She has attended number of FDPs and SDPs sponsored by AICTE, AIIMS. She has attended a number of national and international conferences and presented papers in them besides she has a number of research papers in reputed journals. She has written a number of cases which is published in national journals and one of the case is uploaded on European Case Clearing House, Cranjield University, UK.
